Our peculiarity is to design and create medium to large scale industrial systems for pastry industry, with the goal to provide our customers with high quality products and service. Raumerlines wish to start new collaborations and bring its laminating technology all over the world.


Industrial dough / Laminating lines

Raumer.

Raumerlines, situated in the industrial area of Vicenza (Italy), works with the experience of its team and continuous technological resources, to produce automatic lines for the pastry industry. Raumerlines follows carefully and professionally the entire creation process, from the analysis of the customer needs to the installation of the line.

Our lines are designed for the continuous production of puff pastry or similar types of dough. Thanks to their flexible design, Raumerlines solutions always combine a high product quality with an optimal hourly output, quick product change-overs and excellent hygienic specifications.

We build laminating lines in a wide variety of configurations: I, L, U or Z but we can always make a customized layout/offer in according with the work place and dimensions needed.

All machines of our lines are managed by “Touch Screen” control panel to change all parameters and set easily and quickly all customized technical data.

In close cooperation with you, technical data such as number of layers and working widths, could be customized to meet your specific requirements.

Raumer "U" Line.

Conveyor belt with folding device.

- 700mm width conveyor belt in polyurethane resin;
- pulling system with integrated scrapers, powered by 0.37kW motor;
- system completes of external scrapers;
- optimized snap on system for fast cleaning;
- folding device for multilayers creation driving by brushless motor;
- width and number of folds adjustable electronically;
- stainless steel and food materials structure.

Multiroller with dough pressing roller indoors.

(MAX WIDTH OF WORK: 600mm)
- prelamination dough pressing roller ø166mm (stainless steel aisi304);
- manual roller regulation with reading on display, driving unit with independent motor of 0.37kW;
- satellite unit composed by n. 14 idler rollers ø60mm (stainless steel aisi304), diameter described by rollers: 410mm;
- two independent driving unit with 1.1kW motor for satellite
and 0.37kW for satellite contrast roller.

Sandwich folding system.

- unit composed by n° 2 extractable belts (l = 200mm);
- adjustable fold width;
- independent driving with n°2 0.18kW motors;
- stainless steel and food materials structure.

Flour duster.

- standard flour duster for all types of conveyor belts;
- width adjustable through side walls;
- adjustable flour consumption;
- independent driving with 0.18kW motor;
- removable hopper with capacity of 10kg about.

Fat pump.

- system composed by a stainless-steel hopper and vertical pressure system;
- pneumatic pressure system coordinated with the conveyor belt by photocell for a continuous fat supply;
- fat is pressured inside of the pipe with a hydraulic pump, powered by an independent motor from 4kw to have continuous extrusion;
- fat supply executed by n° 3 augers activated by 1kW independent motor;
- medium production capacity: 500 kg / h;
- pipes system composed by food material stainless steel dn80;
- extrusion adjustable in width and thickness;
- stainless steel and food materials structure.

Dough extruder.

WIDTH OF WORK: 600mm
- 3 rolls extruder: n° 2 uppers rollers grooved ø200mm, n° 1 lower roller thickness regulator with smooth profile ø200mm;
- thickness can be change from 40mm to 7mm, adjustable by handwheel;
- independent driving direct transmission with 2 motors from 0.37kW;
- dough hopper with internal coating in PTFE and capacity of about 60dm3;
- dough containment system isolated through pneumatic control walls;
- machine mounted on wheels for quick cleaning;
- stainless steel and food materials structure.
